Is this the year?

Is this the year you score your personal best?  Is this a year a team can get all of the points? The new venue and course design creates many new challenges, but also possibilities and advantages! There are only 6 weeks left and the course is 75% designed and field checked. Flag layout has not yet begun though… The course designer, field crew and map maker are all under the pressure of the calendar….  the excitement is building at all levels!

2013 E2C Course Update

The 2013 E2C course design is well underway!  Field work has been ongoing in the all-new area since Sept. 2012.  At this time 26 of 60 points have been selected and visited in the field. This year truly offers something for everyone!  There are up to 15 points within 2.5 kms of the Start / Finish. HRSAR garage fire

As some of you may have heard, on Friday January 4th there was a fire at the Halifax Regional Search and Rescue base. We are sorry to say that our trusty Suburban, which we used to transport searchers at missing person events and tow our equipment, developed some kind of fault in the engine bay and was completely engulfed in flames.
