Thanks to everyone who filled in the survey that we recently sent to last year’s competitors – we had 124 responses! We’ve discussed some of the results at E2C planning meetings and soon we’ll be publishing a summary of the points that seemed to be raised most often among the participants. We’re going to be incorporating some of your suggestions into next year’s E2C, so we’ll also post any rule/format decisions as soon as they are agreed upon.
One good suggestion was that we list results in 2012 not just by category/challenge, but also for all teams in the event so that you can see where you placed across the whole field of 400. Hopefully this will give people a better sense of whether they should be fighting for the title in Public Competitive, aiming for the top in 8hr Recreational, or joining the crazy ranks of people doing a full 24hr race!!
